Description

Jeffers Pet, Equine, & Livestock, located at 310 W Saunders Rd in Dothan, AL, is a farm and pet supply retailer offering equestrian gear, livestock products, and animal feed both in-store and online. Customers praise the retail location for its cleanliness, well-stocked inventory, and friendly staff, though online ordering experiences reveal significant inconsistencies with shipping delays, inventory accuracy issues, and customer service challenges. While some shoppers appreciate the product selection and pricing, others report frustrations with temperature-sensitive items arriving warm, missing products from orders, and difficulty resolving issues through customer support. The store serves both local visitors who enjoy personalized service and remote customers ordering farm supplies, vaccines, and pet products nationwide.
